Cody, our ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist, can tailor an exercise regime to suit your individual needs. He will ensure you get the maximum benefit from each session in a fun and enjoyable environment to encourage you to continue working towards your goal.

Group Sessions Available!
For additional motivation, our group training sessions are available three times a week:
Mornings: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30am – 7:15am
Evenings: Wednesdays 6:00pm – 6:45pm
